Moto Guzzi Galletto Scooter 1952
The Galletto (Cockerell) was produced in several increasing capacities (150, 162, 175 & 192cc) from its introduction in 1950. This is a 162cc model from 1952. It is traditionally known as the scooter favoured by lawyers, engineers and most famously, priests. It was also used by the Italian Postal Service. A spare wheel normally mounted across the front of the leg guard. Photographed near Sydney in April 2010.
