This 350cc single-cylinder air-cooled 2-stroke is the end of the 2-stroke range which began with the 90cc and was followed by 100, 125, 175 and 250cc models. It found it's Waterloo with the 350cc. It was not a new class model for AMF-Harley-Davidson which had raced a 350cc along with 391cc and 500cc 2-stroke machines.
This 350 has a bore and stroke of 80 x 68 mm. The gearing is adjusted for the larger power output, and the engine has rubber plugs between the cooling fins to avoid most of the resonance. This model was marketed in 1979 in the Netherlands under the AMF-Harley-Davidson brand and later under HD-Cagiva. They sold new for f 4.495,-
