The pictures below are not from a 1969 Ala d'Oro 125cc, but rather of 250cc and 175cc models which are similar in appearance.
The Aletta Turismo 125 was the basis for the 125cc Ala d'Oro. The development of this model began in 1966 and the first prototype raced in 1967 with a bore and stroke of 56x50mm, developing an extra 10 horsepower. In 1968 several refinements were made and in 1969 the first racers were manufactured. Some 207 machines were produced in total. Top speed of this model was 175 km/h. In later years replicas of the Ala d'Oro were built.
