SPECIFICATION
ENGINE. Twin Port O.H.V. "New-Hudson" 79.5 X 100 bore and stroke -496 c.c. Aluminium alloy piston. Connecting rod mounted with double row roller bearings on large diameter crankshaft. Totally enclosed rockers and push-rods, all of which parts are detachable and can be quickly dismounted when required. Quickly detachable cylinder head.
GEARS. Improved 1929, 3-Speed Gear Box with gear selector (ratios 4¾, 7¼, and 12 ½ to 1).
FRAME. Improved 1929, giving safe and low riding position.
TRANSMISSION. Renold Chains throughout. Shock absorber on engine shaft.
TYRES.
Dunlop Cord, large diameter, 26x3.25.
FORK.
Special Webb with " B. & D." stabilizers.
BRAKES.
Internal expanding front and rear.
SADDLE.
Terry Spring Seat Saddle.TANK.
Improved 1929 Saddle Tank of large capacity with knee grips.HANDLEBAR.
New shape, adjustable for height and reach. Steering Damper.
LUBRICATION. Mechanical pump, with additional "direct - to - engine" emergency hand pump.
CARBURETTER. Binks’ Sports with twist grip throttle control.

Integrally-mounted Long Lever Gear Control is recommended and fitted as Standard, but Quadrant Gate Change Control (illustrated) is alternatively fitted if specified.
