MANUFACTURERS: Eter D. Perino and Norberto Buffa. The woman who leased them the premises where the factory operated was known in Rafaela as Lady, and it was in her his honour they named the motorcycle.

Production began in 1962 in Rafaela (Santa Fe) and the motorcycles were sold in Santa Fe, Chaco and Entre Rios. Lady motorcyclers were exclusively powered by the Sachs 125cc engine. Perino and Buffa were also distributors of Alpino.

FABRICANTES : Eter D. Perino y Norberto Buffa. El nombre proviene de una circunstancia del momento. La señora que les alquilaba el galpón donde hicieron la fabrica se llamaba Lady, muy conocida en Rafaela. En su honor bautizaron la moto. La gente lo pronuncia en español – no inglés.
Se comenzaron a fabricar en 1962 en Rafaela (Santa Fe) y la zona de influencia era Santa Fe, Chaco y Entre Rios. Las Lady estuvieron siempre motorizadas con Sachs 125. Perino y Buffa eran también distribuidores de Alpino.
