The " JAMES " Dl4 148 c.c, Long Stroke Two-Port Super-Sports Model is fitted with an Engine designed and manufactured by ourselves, Our object in introducing this machine is to put into the hands of riders a Model which, whilst taking advantage of the lowest Tax available, would provide a machine which would more than hold its own in company with Motor Cycles of far larger cubic capacity. Our experience in the production of Two-Stroke and other Engines extends over many years, and in the power unit fitted to this Model, the rider will have the benefit of the accumulated experience of many years. We particularly commend the attention of the prospective rider to the very comprehensive Specification included with this Machine. It is in every direction far superior to that offered in machines with a far higher cost, and in upkeep is more economical, the petrol consumption being well over 100 m.p.g.
