SMALLEST in the range of five James models is the 148 c.c. Model H.15.
It has a two port James two-stroke engine and direct lighting. A single-tube loop frame is employed, and the whole design is very simple and clean.
A large-capacity all-metal tool box is fitted underneath the saddle. The petrol tank is finished in green, and both mudguards have a central rib. A de-luxe edition is also shown, and this is fitted with separate dynamo lighting and leg-shields.

Model H.9 is fitted with a 249 c.c. Villiers flat-top piston engine, which is mounted in a frame with duplex front down tubes.
The dynamo is situated behind the engine and is chain driven. A heavily valanced front mudguard is fitted, and both guards have central ribs. The petrol tank is finished in chromium and green, and the equipment includes Goodyear tyres and a Terry saddle.
A 196 c.c. model is also shown. This has a loop frame, separate dynamo lighting, legshields, and a chromium and green finish to the petrol tank. All models except the H.15 have adjustable footrests.
