Outstanding location! Beautiful presentation of finely restored exhibits from the collection of Juan Gil Moreno.
Taking pride of place in the main hall are two examples of a motorcycle not well known outside Spain, but which is deserving of much greater attention. The story of the Soriano and its creator is outlined on this page: Soriano
Among the exhibits is an MV Agusta with a sidecar - a rarity in itself - and the sidecar is styled as a 1950s car. In powder blue and white, it's just delightful!
And delightful is the word for the architecture of this extraordinary villa of substantial proportions, of which the museum writes,
"in this dreamy place we can appreciate the originality of architecture, strong but elegant, with a thousand curves without end, voluptuous spacious and detailed, is the reflection of the great personality of Juan." (excusa la Spanglish)
For the art lover, this is Gaudi meets Dali (with a dash of Monty Python).
