A Brief History of the Marque
1898-1900 Blessing of Göppingen and Augsburg.
Oskar Blessing designed and built tricycles based on the developments of Ludwig Rüb, and these were similar to the machines built by Heinle & Wegelin.
Beginning in 1898 the firm also built their ¼ h.p. Werner-based Type A bicycle auxiliary engine followed by a Type B of ½ h.p.
There appears to have been some relationship with Progress of Germany and the Cyclone works.
