Sidecars manufactured by Jean Claude Perrin, previously of the Jeaniel sidecar company which he had sold in order to focus on his new concept. The Side-Bike chassis accepts the original motorcycle with the rear wheel and front suspension removed. It has a steerable sidecar wheel.
Built in Moirans, and from 2001 in Colombe, models included Comète, Mega Comète, Comanche, Kyrnos, Toro, Renaissance, and Zeus. Several of these were designed by Dom Corrieras.
From 1992 to 1998 they built a "leaner" sidecar named the Toro which could be attached to the Yamaha TDM 850, the Super Ténéré and the XT600.
The Comète was suitable for attachment to the FJ1100 and FJ1200, and this was followed by the SuperComète for the GTS1000.
Established in 1986, the company went through several iterations until it was finally dissolved in 2012.
