The Model X was produced from 1935 until France was invaded by the Nazis in 1939. Earlier that year the French army proved the worthiness of the model when a dozen officers rode one of these machines for 19 consecutive days and nights, travelling some 50,000 kilometres at an average speed of over 109 km/h.
Hockenheimring Motor Museum
The Museum has the largest racing motorcycle collection in Europe, representing all of the marques which have dominated national and international racing, along with many superb examples of machines dating back to before the first war.
