Iprem is an Italian factory which financed the development of 50cc and 125cc two-stroke racing machines.
The machines were built by Eugenio Lazzarini with the aid of Paolo Marcheselli and Iprem owner Enzio Ridolfi.
In 1980 Lazzarini won the 50cc World Championship on the Iprem motorcycle, powered by a Kreidler engine. This machine is in a private collection in the Netherlands.
The 125cc watercooled twin engine was built by the Iprem team, but did not achieve success.

LGM was a small Italian manufacturer based in Rastellino and Panzano with a complicated history. The initials are taken from 3 names, Mario LORENZONI (sponsor), Gianni RIBUFFO (Rider) and Paolo MARCHESELLI (engineer). The company was formed in 1973 and they build a 125cc, two cylinder, two stroke GP motorcycle based in part on a Yamaha. They also build a 50cc GP motorcycle. Later, in collaboration with ex-Benelli Works Mechanic Eugenio Lazzarini, LGM built a GP 50cc motorcycle based on a Kreidler engine as part of Lazzarini. In 1980 Eugenio Lazzarini won the World Championship on this motorcycle, entered as an IPREM brand."
