A Brief History of the Marque
R.E.V.A.-Fochj was founded by Mario Fochi in 1950
Via G. Garibaldi 3, later Via M. D'Azeglio 51 with offices at Via I. Malvasia 61, Bologna.
Manufactured motorcycles 1953-1958
Initially the firm represented NSU and manufactured frames.
At the 1953 Milan Exhibition the Fochj firm presented models powered by NSU 98cc 4- and 2-stroke engines, a 125 2-stroke motorcycle, and two motocarri.
In 1955, they listed mopeds with NSU Quickly engines, light motorcycles with the NSU Fox 100cc, and motorcycles with NSU Max 250cc powerplants, all four-strokes.
The three-wheelers for that year were Motocarro NSU 200cc, 125cc and 98cc, all two-strokes.
In 1958 the motorcycle sector was in trouble, sales were slow, and Mario Fochi was forced to cease production. They were officially bankrupted in 1963.
Note
One source lists a 1953 Fox 98 Turismo, and Fox 98 Sport.
