BEF
Manufactured by Berliner Elektromobil Fabrik G.m.b.H. (BEF), Charlottenburg near Berlin, a company established by Victor Harhorn in 1907.
The electric three-wheelers were mainly commercial delivery vehicles, but some had passenger cabins. Production of these continued until 1914.
Harhorn left the company in 1910 and formed a new company, Gebhardt & Harhorn - Geha - which also built electric vehicles.
