1949-1950
Built by MGT (Million-Guiet-Tubauto) in Levallois, the Scoto Tubauto was a a cross between a scooter and a moped. The firm built two distinctly different versions, the first with a 50cc Cicca Vélo-Réve engine mounted above the front wheel.
The second model was presented at the 1950 Salon de Paris with a Mosquito 38cc engine from Chapuis in Neuilly mounted amidships with a canvas cover from which the pedals protruded. The front and rear wheels were interchangeable and single-sided, allowing very fast wheel changes. Spare wheel was mounted in front of the large weathershield. Around 350 were constructed.
The MGT company also built small buses until about 1960.
