The Isoflex was built by Stella, later owned by SOCAM, a subsidiary of the Titan truck trailer company.
Address on Isoflex advertising, with SOCAM as the manufacturer: 68, rue Pierre-Charron, Paris.
Introduced in 1953, it is believed that some 8 or 900 of these lightweights were produced.
There were only two models, the S55 with a 65cc SER engine, and the S655 with a Villiers 100cc two-stroke. They had distinctive monoshock-style rear suspension with the spring and hydraulics concealed within the saddle support.
