Le moteur qui actionne l'Inséparable est d’une puissance de deux chevaux. L’allumage est électrique au moyen d’une pile sèche dont la charge est suffisante pour 200 heures de marche. Le récipient à essence est d ’une contenance de 10 litres, de quoi couvrir 300 kilomètres. La vitesse que l ’on peut obtenir est de 30 kilomètres à l’heure, vitesse plus que suffisante pour un véhicule n’étant pas destiné à être une machine de course, mais un instrument pratique et agréable qui pourra être utilisé dans les familles pour les promenades, les excursions et les voyages en touriste. La commande du moteur ainsi que la direction sont laissées à la personne qui occupe la place de droite.
La direction est commandée par un guidon comme dans une tricycle ordinaire, la poignée de gauche forme interrupteur d’électricité pour la marche ou l’arrêt.
Sous le guidon, sur le bâti du tricycle et à portée de la main, 2 manettes ; à gauche la manette du carburateur,'à droite celle de l’avance à l’allumage. La manette de compression se trouve à côté de la selle. Elle est d’un accès facile et on la manœuvre de la main gauche sans se baisser et sans effort.
Tricycle l'Inséparable. — L'Inséparable is a tricycle whose two rear wheels are 90 centimeters apart, which gives it great stability. A saddle is placed in the plane of each rear wheel. A movable seat can be placed on the frame of the tricycle, between the two saddles, which constitutes the three front seats. In this position, you are very comfortable, you can easily see each other and talk to each other without having to turn around or make contortions.
The middle seat being removable, you can instantly transform the vehicle as you wish, with either two or three places abreast. Third place can even be used to carry a trunk, a suitcase, etc., etc.
The motor that powers the Inseparable is two horsepower. Ignition is electric by means of a dry battery with sufficient charge for 200 hours of operation. The gasoline container has a capacity of 10 liters, enough to cover 300 kilometers. The speed that can be obtained is 30 kilometers per hour, more than sufficient speed for a vehicle not intended to be a racing machine, but a practical and pleasant instrument that can be used in families for walks, excursions and tourist trips. Engine control and steering are left to the person occupying the right-hand seat.
The steering is controlled by a handlebar as on a conventional tricycle, the left handle switches the electricity on and off.
Beneath the handlebars, on the frame of the tricycle and within reach, are two joysticks; on the left the carburettor lever, on the right that of the ignition advance. The remote
compression is beside the saddle. It allows easy access with the left hand without
the effort of bending down.
