A Brief History of the Marque

Manufactured: From 1922 until 1929

Founded on 22 November 1922

19 Rue Elisé reclus in St Etienne

Manufacturer of motorised cycles and motorcycles with Moussard and Villiers engines, and possibly JAP, Zurcher, and LMP. The firm descended from Bloch & Levy, founded in 1865.

1929 Address 8 Rue Désiré Claude, and the company became insolvent early that year. It was later bought by Favor.

It appears that they may have been related to S.M.A.C. but the literature is unclear.

    147 Villiers Twostroke
    175 Moussard 2-speed
