Norfolk

Norfolk were motorcycles produced at Lee in South East London, in 1902, by Stanley Norfolk.

Only one or two of these typically primitive machines were built. The engine was a 3¾ hp MMC, hung from the downtube of a heavy-duty frame, with direct-belt drive. The headstock of the frame was suitably strengthened and rim brakes were fitted. The maker claimed that a top speed of 40mph/64kmh was achievable on the flat.
