Ernesto Empolini had a workshop at Via Castelfidardo
8 in Milan manufacturing transport vehicles and three-wheelers (motofurgoncini) from 1924
until beginning of the war.
After the war he resumed business as Empolini of A. Di Palma & C., continuing production until 1982
A 1974 advertisement for motofurgoncini states the firm's location as Milano, Via Privata Scalarini, 6. Other sources give locations of via Pepe and via Cenis.
