According to an unverified post, these were two-stroke 50cc mopeds with Franco Morini engines.
Extensive searches have turned up no further information on this marque, however. A-Z of Italian Motorcycle Manufacturers by Greg Pullen (2018) gives similar information.
N.B. There is no relation to the former world champion Giacomo, nor to De Agostini (1925-27)
