Founded in 1952 by Ets Gravelais, Boudol et Cie, the firm built two-stroke engines of 48cc to 110cc. Winsmith of Finchley, London was the British importer.

As with so many small motorcycle companies, financial difficulties arose in the mid-fifties and it was forced to close in 1959.
