Vimp Microcars

Designed and built by Tom Karen and Andrew Waddicor in Kingswood, Surrey, 1954.

The miniscule three-wheeler was so named as it was a cross between an Imp and a Vamp. Karen went on to join Ogle as MD and Chief Designer where he designed the Bond Bug.

"I think one day you will be famous" from thank you letter by a five year old after a workshop at his school. Tom Karen OBE was well into his 70s at the time.
