Guy and Wheeler of South John Street, Liverpool
G and W were motorcycles produced by assemblers from 1902 to 1905.
The firm used a variety of engines including Minerva, Peugeot and Fafnir and, in 1903, offered machines fitted with a Johnson two-speed hub gear.
The basic bicycle frame was extended to provide a 62-inch wheel-base. The engine was set well back and the saddle, which could be moved, fitted over the rear wheel.
