These motorcycles were produced from 1906 to 1910.
George E. Rutherford started making cycles at premises in Dunedin Street, Edinburgh, in 1902.
He later moved to new premises from which he produced a small number of motorcycles. They were probably built to order and were assembled from bought-in parts using Chater-Lea frame lugs, Druid forks and various engines.
