British

CC

CC motorcycles were produced from 1921 to 1924.

The name came from the initials of the maker, Charles Chamberlain of Blackpool.

Various models were listed in a range of engine capacities, made by either Blackburne or Villiers. Some were single speed only, but most had chain-cum-belt transmission. The engines ranged in size from 147cc to 996cc. They appeared rarely in trade publications and were not otherwise well known.
