Notes on the Marque
The address in 1908 is given as 42, rue de Maubeuge, Paris. It is not clear however, whether the marque is Belgian or French.
At least two examples exist, dated 1903 and 1904. They are of very different appearance, the 03 having a cylindrical tank and pedals, with the '04 having a narrow flat tank and sans pedales.
English translation for the word sommaire is synopsis or summary.
