Mike Baldwin is born in Pasadena, California.
Baldwin won five AMA Formula 1 titles amd won three Suzuka 8 Hours, in 1978, 1981 and 1984. He won many laurels in AMA Superbike racing and also competed on the Grand Prix circuit.

Granado was invited to the Sundance premiere, but he was refused an entry visa.
